PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve hosting coping with temporary shortage of resource at low cost.;SOLUTION: This resouce borrowing and lending method for lending resouce of a computer from a lending center to a borrowing center is characterized by performing the followings: the procedure of receiving the resource information on a lending object resource from the lending side and registering the same in a management table 23; the procedure of detecting shortage of resource and specifying a bottleneck; the procedure of retrieving resource to eliminate bottle neck from the management table 24 to create a center list 22 of centers having retrieved resource; and the procedure of giving a request for lending of resource to the lending center of the center list 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
