PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength alloy with a satisfactory toughness which can be used suitably as a material for a micro structure, and also to provide a metal coated with the high strength alloy and a micro structure obtained by using the high strength alloy.;SOLUTION: The high strength alloy is obtained by depositing metals electrolytically at a bath temperature of 40 to 80°C using an electrolyte of a composition in which the total of Ni ion or Co ion and W ion or Mo ion is in the range of 0.1 to 0.3 mol/L and in which a content ratio of Ni ion or Co ion in the above metal ions is in the range of 20 to 40%. The high strength alloy has an amorphous structure or a nanocrystal structure with an average crystal grain size of ≤100 nm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
