PURPOSE: A high-strength junction method between Fe-based steel alloy and Ti/Ti-based alloy using an intermediate layer with bond strength exceeding the strength of a base material is provided to form strong junction between all the interfaces including layers constituting the intermediate layer.;CONSTITUTION: A high-strength junction method between Fe-based steel alloy and Ti/Ti-based alloy comprises the steps of: inserting an intermediate layer between Fe-based steel alloy and Ti/Ti-based alloy, inserting a Ti/Zr-based insert between a vanadium layer of the intermediate layer and the Ti/Ti-based alloy, and heating the Ti/Zr-based insert at the temperature higher than the melting point of the insert and lower than the melting point of the Fe-based steel alloy in order to join the -based steel alloy and the Ti/Ti-based alloy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
