PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility access automatic management system using non-contact IC card. PSOLUTION: A communication function of the non-contact type IC card is utilized to obtain the positional information in a specified area. The advantage is that the communication distance between the IC card recognizing device and the IC card and the arrangement of the IC card recognizing device are controlled to acquire the accurate positional information of a IC card holder in the specified area and the positional information cannot be accessed from the external. Further, the accurately obtained positional information and the information holding and information processing functions of the IC card are combined to achieve the use security of a computer system, the visitor management of an amusement park, and the guard system of VIP in addition to the entering and leaving management in a company.
