PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize entrance/exit to/from facilities, to judge refusal of entrance, etc., and to exactly grasp a place, time of work of an employee at each terminal by making the employee carry a non-contact IC card with data display function capable of communicating with each terminal in the facilities. SOLUTION: When the employee attends the facilities by carrying the non- contact IC card 10, an entrance gate 20 is first passed, in this case, a display part of the card is made to pass in a writer. In this way, time of attendance of each employee is recognized and a working schedule, etc., of the employee of the day is simultaneously recorded and displayed on the display part of the non-contact IC card 10 by the entrance gate 20. Data regarding an identification code of the non-contact IC card, the time of attendance to the facilities is instantaneously transmitted to a central controller 100 via a transmitter/ receiver 23 by an entrance gate terminal 20. A function of the entrance gate 20 of the amusement facilities is similar in an attraction employee gate 50 and an exit gate 80.
