PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily select question words effective for improving a translation result among the question words as a registration candidate to a user dictionary presented by a user dictionary generating device. PSOLUTION: A question portion analysis means 102 extracts an inconsistent part between a mechanical translation with respect to the original text and a reference translation, and extracts the words in the original text corresponding to the inconsistent part as the question words, and a question word appearance frequency analysis means 103 calculates the appearance frequency of the respective question words in the original text. A registration effect analysis means 104 calculates a degree of influence on the translation result based on the appearance frequency and a part of speech for each of the question words. A registration effect display specifying means 105 transmits a registration effect display screen for displaying the inconsistent part and the question words and the degree of influence by associating them to a dictionary user terminal. The user selects the question words as the registration candidate among the question words displayed on the registration effect display screen while considering the degree of influence.
