PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select question words to be recorded in a user dictionary among the respective question words presented by a user dictionary generating device while considering registration costs also. PSOLUTION: A question portion analysis means 102 extracts an inconsistent part between a mechanical translation with respect to the original text and a reference translation, and extracts the words in the original text corresponding to the inconsistent part as the question words. A question displaying/specifying means 103 transmits a question display screen for displaying the inconsistent part and the question words by associating them to a dictionary user terminal. The user selects the question words as a registration candidate among the question words on the question display screen. Registration candidate/cost determining means 105 calculates the registration cost based on a part of speech of the selected question words, and transmits a registration candidate cost display screen for displaying the calculated registration cost and the question words by associating them to the user terminal. The user selects the question words to be registered to the user dictionary 119 among the respective question words on the registration candidate cost display screen while considering the registration cost also.
