PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for achieving an operational biochemical assay, without requiring complicated manual procedures.;SOLUTION: These are the assay device, its manufacturing method and an assay method using this device. This assay device comprises (a) a basic substance, containing both a porous material which chromatographically can transfer liquid and one or more types of testing reagent provided on the porous material, and (b) a doping polymer, which is impermeable to any liquid transferable by the porous material and demarcates a channel incorporated into a part of the porous material, to pass through inside the porous material body.
