PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data security system allowing favorably legal use of a data transmitted to a navigation system, and easy control in transfer of the data.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with an enabling/disabling means 140 for enabling or disabling the data transfer from a data memory 130 provided with the navigation system, to be transmitted to a data storage unit 111 of the vehicular navigation system 110, a means 113 for identifying an identification code of a vehicle or the navigation system, and a comparison unit 114 for comparing an identification code of the vehicle or the navigation system stored in the enabling/disabling means with the identification code of the vehicle or the navigation system identified by the means 113 for identifying the identification code, and for enabling or disabling the data transfer, in response to the comparison therein, by the enabling/disabling means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
