PSOLUTION: A sender's mail address, a first destination mail address, a storage area of sent mail, the name of the sent mail, a text and the like are inputted on the mail creation screen of a client in the mail system. When a mail server that sends and receives mail is directed to send mail, the mail is stored in the designated storage area in the mail storage part of the mail server in accordance with a storage area identifier designated by a sender.
