PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a movable body of an internal combustion engine strongly receiving influence of static friction force in relation to a linear control system of the movable body of the internal combustion engine.;SOLUTION: Motion of an electronic throttle 12 by a throttle position sensor. Effective target torque u(t) necessary for getting target throttle opening θ is established on an assumption that the electronic throttle 12 can move without influence of static friction force Kt. A static friction removing FB block 22 calculating an input correction value canceling the maximum static friction force at a time of stop of the electronic throttle 12 and making the input collection value 0 at rest of time is provided. Final input torque τ(t) is calculated by adding the input collection value to the effective target torque u(t) and the torque τ(t) is given to the electronic throttle 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
