PSOLUTION: This classification support map preparation method as a self-organization map preparation method for preparing a self-organization map 3 for supporting the classification of unknown data constituted of vector data comprises a step for preparing an non-learning map 4 including a plurality of non-learning cells 4a which are respectively provided with non-learning vector data, a step for preparing a pseudo map 5 including a plurality of pseudo cells 5a having learning integral values corresponding to the plurality of non-learning cells 4a, a step for making the pseudo map 5 learn the learning data constituted of the vector data and a step for reflecting the learning integral values owned by the pseudo cells 5a of the pseudo map 5 which has learned on the vector data owned by the non-learning cells 4a of the non-learning map 4.
