PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling insurance subscription system by a portable telephone considering the convenience of the access and input of a customer.;SOLUTION: In this traveling insurance subscription system, a server 50 of an insurance company is provided with a media code presence/absence judgement processing means 57 for transmitting an inquiry picture of media code showing each agent entered in an insurance guidance pamphlet preliminarily distributed to each agent, and for transmitting a significant item notification picture including agreement/disagreement confirmation buttons when there is not any media code in a reply to this. When there is not any media code, the significant item notification picture including agreement/disagreement confirmation buttons is transmitted so that it is possible for a customer using a portable telephone to perform access, and to widen the chances of access regardless of whether or not the customer knows the medial code.
