PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support cooling water temporarily stored in a drop-in water tank and support the load while sharing with a leg body part.;SOLUTION: The lower water tank 20 comprises a receiving tray 21 receiving cooling water which falls through a filler, and the drop-in water tank 22 temporarily storing the cooling water received by the receiving tray 21.
