PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance thermoelectric conversion module, a high-performance thermoelectric power generation device, and a method of producing a half Heusler alloy for constituting them.;SOLUTION: A half Heusler alloy is represented by a formula A3-xBXC (wherein A and B are respectively at least one member selected from transition metals consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, Ti, V, Cr, Zr, Hf, Nb, Mo, Ta and W, and C is at least one member selected from Group 13 or 14 elements consisting of Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge and Sn).
