ETHYLENE-VINYL ACETATE COPOLYMER COMPOSITION FOR AGRICULTURAL COVERING FILM AND FILM COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition for an agricultural covering film having excellent heat retaining property and transparency necessary for an agricultural covering film and an agricultural covering film composed of the same.;SOLUTION: The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition for an agricultural covering film comprises 100 parts wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) having 0.3-20 g/10 minutes melt flow rate and 3-30 wt.% vinyl acetate residue content and 2-20 parts wt. of a mixture (B) obtained by mixing a hydrotalcite compound (B1) with one or more kinds of inorganic compounds (B2) selected from the group consisting of silica, zeolite, kaolinite and glass powder in the ratio of the hydrotalcite compound (B1)/the inorganic compound (B2) of 50/50-90/10 (weight ratio).
