PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering in a vehicle with a handlebar capable of mounting a small torque sensor to be widely used in an automobile, etc., on any type of a vehicle, and the vehicle with the handlebar.;SOLUTION: The power steering 7 in the vehicle with the handlebar is provided with a sub-steering part 7c constituted to projectingly provide supporting arms 721 in an axis cross direction from both of input shaft 704 and output shaft 705 provided across a torque sensor part 7b and to mount a connecting rod 722 between the supporting arms 721, to reduce force applied to the torque sensor part 7b.
