PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster preventing wear/wear changing three times to bring four colors improving presence and recognition in the dark through increasing reflection efficiency of sunlight and vehicle light, and preventing accidents when a disaster occurs and traffic accidents and occurrence of crimes during the night.;SOLUTION: This disaster preventing wear/wear changing three times to bring four colors is so designed that a first display part made of characters and figures using a scintillator and a second pattern made of characters and figures formed by reflexive powder beads and transparent adhesive are applied onto a base material forming the wear, and photochromic ink is applied to the surface of the first display part and the second display part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
