The frame has a leg (5) including a removable hollow sleeve (1) for receiving a fashion accessory plate (2), so that colors or patterns of the frame suit the color of clothing worn by a wearer. The fashion accessory plate is inserted in a face opening of the hollow sleeve of the leg and pushed to an end of a channel in the hollow sleeve.
