PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for satisfying a condition for usage in a simple, easy and natural state by showing a synergetic effect to improve a blood circulation, etc., without damaging fixed characteristics which are showed by a strong magnet and crystal in the respective natural states.;SOLUTION: The strong magnetism of neogium (or a permanent magnet) being a new base material is superimposed so as to generate the magnetism of about 35,000 gauss, by which a vortex (magnetofluid) is generated in a magnetic field by the rotation of a motor or without using the motor. Then, the blood circulation in a body is improved by utilizing a magnetic effect and a repulsive force effect, etc., so that active oxygen, substance, and different dimensional (supernatural) energy (coexisted with fatigue substance, and disease-causing substance, etc.) are dissolved. When the high frequency vibration (unidirectionality) of the crystal is utilized, the interior blood circulation is further improved.
