PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin fine particle-manufacturing method which gives a resin fine particle having a uniform shape and a particle size distribution of a narrow width, a resin fine particle-manufacturing apparatus, the resin fine particle, and a dispersion for manufacturing the resin fine particle.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the resin fine particle comprises a dispersant removal step for discharging a dispersion 6, which comprises a dispersant 63 and, finely dispersed therein, a first dispersoid 61 constituted of a resin material as the main material and a second dispersoid 62 constituted of a thermally curable resin as the main material, in a granular state from a discharging part of a head part 2 and removing the dispersant 63 while conveying the dispersion in the conveying part 3 to obtain an aggregate 6' formed by aggregation of a plurality of fine particles originated from the first dispersoid 61, a curing step for curing the thermally curable resin originated from the second dispersoid 62 by heating the aggregate 6', and a bonding step for obtaining a toner particle 9 (conjugate) by melt-bonding the plurality of fine particles constituting the aggregate 6' to one another.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
