PRODUCTION PROGRESS CHECK SYSTEM, AND PRODUCTION PROGRESS CHECK METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a production progress is not checked in real-time thereby hardly taking a rapid retrieval action relative to progress delay since a production progress check processing is performed by fixed period with respect to whole vehicles in the middle of production in a conventional check system, so that a computer with a high throughput to process the progress check is required to have the high performance but is hardly obtained actually from the aspect of cost and space, therefore setting a long interval for performing the progress check processing. PSOLUTION: A production progress check system comprises a progress check table 22a for recording an individual identification mark for every product, a progress check point, a progress check planning time, and information concerning a progress delay status the progress check part 21b of an arithmetic means 21 for checking the progress delay status concerning the product to be checked in progress; and a check time calculating part 21d for changing a next scheduled check time in response to the check result of the progress delay status.
