PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously output the commentary relay of the prediction information of a public competition and prediction information provider task data to a display device, and to view the information even from a remote place.;SOLUTION: When a prediction information input terminal 10 performs a start operation, a relay unit 20 starts the relay of the commentary of the prediction information provider. The commentary information of the prediction information provider is distributed through a relay means 30 and a radio AP40 to a commentary LIVE server 60. An information totaling server 50 distributes relay start notification to an information display control client 70. The information display control client 70 who has received start notification analyzes the prediction information provider who should be data-collected from the relay start notification from an "ID link table" held inside, and notifies an information totaling server 50 or a commentary LIVE relay server 60 of the request of data.
