PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp soft spots of an electromagnetic wave shield enclosure with high accuracy without seat-of-the-pants approach of observers.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave leakage measuring device is equipped with an electromagnetic wave transmitting means 1 housed in the electromagnetic wave shield enclosure SC, a receiving means 2 arranged outside the electromagnetic wave shield enclosure SC, a scanning means 3 forcing to scan this receiving means 2 to each measuring point of the electromagnetic wave shield enclosure SC, an electromagnetic wave generating means 5 supplying electromagnetic wave to the electromagnetic wave transmitting means 1 so as to make frequency sweeping possible by performing conformation/phase synchronization between the electromagnetic wave transmitting means 1 and the receiving means 2, a measuring means 4 loading the measured data at each measuring point received by the receiving means 2, a data collection/analysis means 10 analyzing the frequency response data at each measuring point collected from the measuring means 4 to generate the measurement result capable of grasping the difference in electromagnetic wave intensity, and a displaying means 12 displaying this measurement result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
