PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify design for disposing transmission lines in an LSI package having a function for mediating an input and an output of a signal between the integrated LSI and the outside, and in an inter-LSI-package connecting structure including the transmission lines for performing an exchange of the signal between the LSI packages.;SOLUTION: First and second LSI packages have signal outputting portions 12, 22, respectively, for performing only outputs of a plurality of signals to the outside in each of which a series of its output ends is disposed serially. Further, the first and the second LSI packages have signal inputting portions 13, 23, respectively, for performing only inputs of signals from the outside whose number is equal to the number of the plurality of signals in each of which a series of its input ends is disposed serially and continuously in the equal serial-disposal direction to its signal output portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
