PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a glass molding of high quality at high productivity by properly holding the temperature of a pipe, to provide a method for producing an optical element from the glass molding obtained by the method, to provide a fused glass outflow device for producing the glass molding, and to provide a device for producing the glass molding.;SOLUTION: In the method where fused glass is made to flow out from an outflow port provided at the tip of a pipe, and a molding composed of optical glass is molded, coils are arranged at the upper circumference of the tip of the pipe, and high frequency current is made to flow through the coils, thus the lower end part of the pipe is subjected to induction heating, and the upper part of the pipe is connected with at least a pair of electrodes, so as to be electrically heated.
