PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for nondirectional vibration or revolution on a horizontal plane used for a crime prevention sensor, a seismometer or the like, capable of detecting an omnidirectional disturbance by one sensor.;SOLUTION: An omnidirectional seismo-sensor can perform sensing of vibration, horizontality, revolution and triaxial azimuths by allowing a sensing body to have a structure of a floating body having a free attitude in liquid by utilizing an electromagnetic radio means technology, and has a structure with no connection, no contact and no point of contact. This remote detection type radio information function type seismoscope has an automatic program of an information means for analyzing a detection signal, determining to be an abnormal signal, and adding a GPS position signal to a communication transmission signal of an emergency abnormality by a joint system of a short-distance radio communication network and cellular phone communication infrastructure utilization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
