PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire appropriate control value information for each elevator by reducing a load of each equipment.;SOLUTION: A control information acquiring part 36 of a control part 31 of an agent device 3 acquires a cumulative total value up to date of variety control values stored in a storage device 32, and a cumulative total value of the various control values, to the last day of the past month. A transmission information calculation part 38 calculates a cumulative total value during the past one month as a difference between the various cumulative total values for each type of the control values. A transmission control part 39 transmits information on the calculated cumulative total value to a remote monitoring terminal device 2 through a communication interface 34. The remote monitoring terminal device 2 transmits information from the transmission control part 39 to a center device.
