PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method with which occurrence of end breakages in a crimping process is effectively prevented, a yarn is smoothly supplied to a crimping apparatus and a polylactic acid crimpled yarn is produced in excellent production efficiency.;SOLUTION: The polylactic acid crimpled yarn is produced by a production method comprising a spinning process for spinning a polylactic acid to give a spun yarn, a drawing process for drawing the spun yarn and heat-setting the yarn in a state of tension and a crimping process for crimping the drawn yarn.
