PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel reservation support system for sharply increasing the degree of freedom of the selection of a user by using a Web site, and for reserving a low cost package tour in a short time based on excellent operability.;SOLUTION: A server device 10 in a travel reservation support system presents candidate transportation information and candidate accommodation information retrieved as candidates to a user in the form of a list arranged like a matrix. Also, the server device 10 makes an inquiry about empty seats for each of public transports displayed in the candidate public transport information, and ends the inquiry when any empty seat is found, and makes an inquiry about the empty rooms of the accommodations displayed in the candidate accommodation information according to the inquiry about the empty seat from the user.
