PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-fuel burning method in which solid plastic fuel is used, which is flame retardant as a solid-fuel, but once it catches fire, it has a high thermal power.;SOLUTION: The plastic solid-fuel is heated into a liquefied layer, to which electromagnetic wave is emitted to heat and evaporate it all at once. By burning the evaporated fuel, intense thermal power can be obtained. Since flame-retardant plastic is used as solid fuel, intense thermal power is obtained for combustion.
