PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope observation reproducing method, and its apparatus, program and record medium, displaying an animation reproducing the microscope observation and automatically jetting and displaying description on a specified region on the animation arbitrarily.;SOLUTION: Concerning a plurality of grouping areas whose peripehral parts overlap each other in a photographing object area of a microscope image, the data of a plurality of screening and zooming static images photographed at the highest magnification and the data of a plurality of focusing static images photographed with variable focal points in the respective grouping areas are created. From the data of screening and zooming composite static image obtained by conducting predetermined processing for the data of the static image, and the already edited focusing static image data, an animaiton for screening, an animation for zooming, and an animation for focusing are created and displayed on a computer screen.
