PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hot water filling apparatus by which hot water does not overflow from a bathtub at the time of an automatic hot water filling operation, and an automatic hot water feeding control device for the apparatus. ;SOLUTION: A reference water level which is slightly higher than a circulation port for an additional heating circulation passage being connected to a bathtub, is previously provided in a reference water level memory 28 at the time of an operation of a memory mode. When an automatic hot water filling operation by an execution mode is performed by a control of an operation control unit 27, or when a water level holding operation by a warm-keeping mode is performed, whether a detected water level of a bathtub hot water being detected by a pressure sensor 13 is not less than the reference water level, or not is compared and judged by a water level comparing/judging unit 29. Then when the detected water level is at the reference water level or higher, hot water is fed by obtaining a hot water feeding quantity from the detected water level to a designated set water level by a hot water feeding quantity operation unit 26.
