PSOLUTION: A high-frequency input signal, inputted from an input signal generator 5, is amplified by a transistor 4 forming the class E amplifier and supplied to a load R6. In this case, a power source voltage detecting unit 1 detects the voltage level of a power source voltage Vdd and supplies it to a control unit 2. A control unit 2 generates a control signal, corresponding to the voltage level of the power source voltage Vdd and causes the control signal to vary the capacity value of a variable capacitance Cp3. Thus, since the capacitance value of the variable capacitance Cp3 changes, according to the variation of the power source voltage Vdd, the rise time/fall time by switching of the transistor 4 can be controlled according to the power source voltage.
