PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide identification techniques for cutting off or controlling access via an anonymous network to hide information of an access source.;SOLUTION: In an autonomous distributed network for accomplishing anonymity, participant nodes in a decoy autonomous distributed network are installed, and information of nodes each possible to pass through is collected from the status of access to each of the decoy nodes (node information collection apparatus (1)51). Furthermore, a server of separately installed decoy www or the like is accessed via the anonymous network, so that information of nodes each possible to pass through is collected (node information collection apparatus (2)52).
