(B) is produced from cells of a human or animal by suspension culture under static conditions in a container with hydrophobic surfaces and a tapered base, until a cell aggregate is formed. The aggregate contains embedded differentiated cells and has an outer layer in which proliferation- and migration-capable cells are present. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) modifying tissue lesions; and (2) kit containing (A) and optionally instructions.
