PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation time and a memory by simplifying large-scale FDTD (finite differential time domain) simulation. PSOLUTION: The form of this implementation is a method for performing electromagnetic field analysis of a wide range calculation or a very small model by performing independent FDTD analysis with different cell sizes a plurality of times. For example, for a calculation method by the two analysis spaces shown in this Figure, an electromagnetic field on a conversion surface S calculated in an internal analysis space (IAS) 20 of a small cell size is temporarily stored and given to an external analysis space (EAS) 30 of a large cell size, and in addition, a far field is calculated. An electromagnetic field generation source 10 is included in the IAS 20. For example, various objects such as a dipole and point charge can be given as the generation source 10.
