PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling expression of an NR2B-NMDA receptor and to provide a prophylactic and therapeutic agent for pain, an inhibitor against fixation of memories related to psychic traumata and an inhibitor against neurocyte death. PSOLUTION: The reexpression inhibitor against the NR2B-NMDA receptor, the prophylactic and therapeutic agent for pain, the inhibitor against fixation of memories related to psychic trauma and the inhibitor against neurocyte death comprise an NF-κB decoy as an effective ingredient.
