PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation plate for a road median strip capable of not only shutting off illumination of an oncoming car but also providing a function for identifying the road median strip easily when the car runs at night and providing excellent aesthetic appearance. PSOLUTION: This installation plate installed in the road median strip to shut off illumination of an oncoming car in the road median strip and distinguish the median strip easily when the car runs at night includes a pair of plate members formed by a molding made of a transparent plastic material and forms an integrated assembly body having hollow inside by joining the pair of plate members mutually in a peripheral fringe part. In each of the pair of plate members, recessed and projecting parts are formed on an inner face facing the hollow inside of the assembly body.
