PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an influence on a change in designing and inform related persons or related sections of the contents of the evaluation to realize coordinated designing.;SOLUTION: The following processes are executed: a process which generates a regression equation, a process which specifies a design-changing place by using information stored in a design change information storage part 7, a process which extracts a design change quantity for the design-changing place by using design change information, a process which selects a regression equation to be used from a regression equation DB 5 by using design-changing place information, a process which computes an influence quantity accompanying the design change by using design change quantity information and regression equation information and displays the degree of the influence accompanying the design change, and a process which computes a cost by using influence quantity computation result information and cost information obtained from a cost DB 20 and presents the cost computation information thus obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
