PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience by enabling an automobile insurance company, a repair shop and a user that is the owner of an accident car to regularly grasp the repairing state of the accident car.;SOLUTION: The automobile insurance company is equipped with a first processor, the repair shop is equipped with a second processor, the first and second processors are connected to a third processor through a public telephone line, and the user can communicate with the third processor through a telephone or cellular phone. On the basis of the information related to various automobile repairs stored in the third processor, accident car management table, internal settlement progress and management, workshop retrieval and the like can be performed in the first processor, and estimate formation, progress management table, designated shop contract or the like can be performed by the second processor in the repair shop. The user can obtain repair progress information or perform a retrieval of repair shop by use of a fourth processor.
