PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the orientation of the flow of the synthetic resin in a toe puff. ;SOLUTION: The toe puff 11 has an arched toe puff body part 21 for protecting the toe part and a lower-side bent part 22 bending inward from the lower side of this toe puff body part 21 and projecting to an approximately circular arc shape and is formed by injection molding of the synthetic resin. The gate of metal molds for injection molding is disposed in the position corresponding to the approximate central part at the rear end of the front bent part 22a of the toe puff 11. The synthetic resin injected from the gate of the metal molds diffuses at the gate and collides against the front wall of a cavity, thereby filling the inside of the cavity in the form of the disturbing flow heading various directions while reflecting at the front wall.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
