PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for acquiring permissible flow and a method for acquiring pressure within a line, whereby predicted values of permissible flow and in-line pressure about deformed drainage lines installed in a building such as a multiple dwelling house, usable in verifying the aptitude of the deformed drainage lines, can be acquired without requiring personnel to be experienced or rely on intuition and without the need to do operations in an experimental tower for each verification; a computer program for making a computer function as each device; and a recording medium for recording the computer program.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 is equipped with a CPU 101, an input part 104, and a permissible flow DB 107 for storing relationship information about the relationship between the permissible flow and factor information previously acquired about various drainage lines. Based on the factor information inputted from the input part 104, the permissible flow DB 107 is referred to for obtaining the relationship information.
