PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource utilization management program and a system for managing the utilization of a number of resources connected to a network, wherein a provider of a resource group can arbitrarily set or change a utilization point for differentiation, the preferential use of the resource group is allowed by giving priority to the user, or the resource group is preferentially utilized by paying a permission point to the user of the resource group.;SOLUTION: The system is provided with a step of accepting utilization points of resources to register or change them in a table in association with the resources, a step of returning a list of the resources and the utilization points registered in a table according to the utilization request from a user terminal and receiving resource information utilized and selected from the list, and a step of allocating processings to the corresponding resources for execution based on the received resource information, returning the result to the user, and storing the point utilized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
