PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information indication rewritable, and also give positional information on the recording medium by forming a reversible image forming layer capable of recording and erasing document information, and providing a marker for inputting information having corrections added on itself on a memory being a document information source. ;SOLUTION: The reversible recording medium provided with a reversible recording layer 12, an intermediate layer and protection layer 15 on the support body 11 is provided with a marker 13 such as a positional information carrier. Namely, the marker 13 is provided, in the case of further outputting additional information made for correction or the like, in such a manner as to provide information regarding to the correct addition position in relation to the indicated information. Optical density in a part where the marker 13 is present is made two times or lower as compared with that in an absent part through measurement by a Machbeth densitometer. Also, the marker 13 is preferably formed by the use of an oxide, sulfide, and halide containing Nd, Yb, In, Sn, and Zn, or an infrared ray absorptive material being a composite thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
