PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality of an image signal. SOLUTION: An image signal processor classifies an inputted image signal of standard resolution after it is blocked by a blocking part 1 and reads a pixel moving pattern that corresponds to the classification from a conversion table 3, and a pixel moving part 4 moves pixels of the image signal on a time axis according to the pixel moving pattern. With this, the image signal is converted into an image signal of high resolution that improves resolution more than standard resolution and outputted.
