Quality determination apparatus, good or bad judgment program and quality determination method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality determining apparatus that has an extremely high performance from the beginning of use and does not require the accumulation of know-how, and to provide a quality determining program and a quality determining method.;SOLUTION: A discrimination function is calculated by using a plurality of parameters that become causes for determining quality and their quality determination results. A histogram for conforming category and nonconforming one is generated for the discrimination function, and a threshold is determined for obtaining an intended rate of flow and an overlooking rate based on standard deviation in each category. By determining whether a target whose quality is determined is conforming or not based on the threshold, the rate of flow and the overlooking rate can be controlled as intended, thus achieving high-performance quality determination without depending on the accumulation of know-how.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
