PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple roaster which cooks fish or beef with the enjoyable flavor of cooked food. ;SOLUTION: This roaster of metal is composed of a pair of mutually fitting- type split box members 2, 3 with inwardly drawn parts 8a, 8b of the lower end part and a stand 1 which supports the split box members 2, 3 in a mutually fitting state. One 2 of the split box members 2, 3 has a hugging piece 6 formed by bending both lateral edges of the inwardly drawn part 8a inwardly and at the same time, a juice receiving groove 4 formed crosswise in the bottom end part. Further, the split box member 2 has a fitting part 5 provided on the intermediate part of a back wall in such a manner that the bottom part of the split box member 2 can be set right above the pedestal part 1b of the stand 1 and at an elevation where a heating tool is placed. In addition, a roasting space S is internally formed by fitting the inwardly drawn part 8b of the other split box member 3 into the hugging piece 6 of the split box member 2 to combine both split box members 2, 3 into a mutually fitting state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
