PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a resin sheet by a stable dimensional precision when the resin sheet between a rear end part of a preceding plate material and a tip end part of a following plate material is cut after the carrying preceding plate material is stopped; the next carrying following plate material is stopped; a clearance is formed between the rear end part of the preceding plate material and the tip part of the following plate material; a resin sheet such as a vinyl sheeting and the like is stuck to a surface of the plate material while those both plate materials are carried, which is stopped. ;SOLUTION: The method for sticking the resin sheet is provided wherein a clearance between the rear end part of the preceding plate material and the tip part of the following plate material is adjusted to a specific value by using a spacer 16. The apparatus for sticking the resin sheet to the plate material is provided wherein the spacer 16 for adjusting the clearance between the rear end part of the preceding plate material and the tip end part of the following plate material to a constant value is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
