PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet laminator and an image forming apparatus, capable of carrying a first sheet and a second sheet in such a way as to be capable of skewing so that both sheets meet each other to be bonded at a skewed position, while they are prevented from being bonded to each other at an undesired timing. PSOLUTION: On carrying upstream side of a bonding section where the first sheet and the second sheet to be bonded to each other by a bonding means converge in the middle of a carrying path and bonded together, a direction regulation means is provided to be abutted on either the first sheet or the second sheet on the opposite side to the surface to be bonded almost up to the bonding section for regulating the advance direction.
